TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN REGION 5

SUBJECT : REGIONAL SPORTSFEST ON 20 TO 22 AUGUST 2015 AT THE JESSE M. ROBREDO COLISEUM AND CIVIC CENTER, NAGA CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region 5 will hold a Regional Sportsfest entitled "Pintakasi ng PACE (Bicol 2015)" on 20 to 22 August 2015 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum and Civic Center, Naga City.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE local officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 20 to 21 August 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Ms. Zenaida A. Magayanes, PACE Regional Director for Region 5, shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
