TO : CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN PARANAQUE CITY AND THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES PARANAQUE CITY CHAPTER OFFICERS

SUBJECT : SPORTSFEST ON 8 MAY 2015 AT THE BARANGAY SAN ANTONIO SPORTS COMPLEX, SAV-1, PARANAQUE CITY

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Paranaque City Chapter, will hold a Sportsfest on 8 May 2015 at the Barangay San Antonio Sports Complex, SAV-1, Paranaque City.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE Paranaque City Chapter officers are hereby authorized to attend the activity on 8 May 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Mr. Rumel M. Macalisang, PACE Paranaque City Chapter President, shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activity to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
