ALL OFFICERS OF THE RTC CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

SUBJECT:

NATIONAL MEETING

The RTC Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc. will hold its National Meeting on the following dates:

1) June 26-27, 2003 at the Rafael Salas Nature Park, Bago City, Negros Occidental;

2) September 25-26, 2003 at the OCA Conference Room, Office of the Court Administrator, Supreme Court; and

3) November 27-28, 2003 at the Hall of Justice, Baguio City, Benguet.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that they secure the written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
