ATTENDANCE AT THE COLLOQUIM-DIALOGUE ON THE FIVE PILLARS OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM ON DRUG ABUSE ON MAY 17 AND 18, 1991, AT THE SAN FABIAN RESORT, PANGASINAN.

The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Inter-Agency Committee on Drug Abuse, Prevention, Education and Rehabilitation, and the Dangerous Drugs Board is sponsoring a Colloquim-Dialogue on the Five Pillars of Criminal Justice System on Drug Abuse on May 17 and 18, 1991, at the San Fabian Resort, Pangasinan.

The following Regional Trial Court Judges of Region 1 are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on Official Time:

Hon. Eloy R. Bello, RTC, Dagupan City

Hon. Romulo Abasolo, RTC, Urdaneta, Pangasinan

Hon. Hugo Sansano, RTC, Tayug, Pangasinan

Hon. Nicodemo Ferrer, RTC, Lingayen, Pangasinan

Hon. Artemio Corpuz, RTC, Alaminos, Pangasinan

Hon. Bonifacio Bueno, RTC, San Carlos City

Conformably with the letter of Vice-Governor Gonzalo T. Duque, "the cost of meals, supplies and hotel accommodations including the necessary certificates and vital papers shall be defrayed by the sponsoring agencies. Transportation expenses, however, will have to be handled by the participants."
