SUBJECT : EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING ON 20 JANUARY 2011 AT THE PACE HEADQUARTERS, 5th FLOOR, MANILA CITY HALL

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold an executive committee meeting on 20 January 2011 at the PACE Headquarters, 5th Floor, Manila City Hall, to be participated by the association's executive officers including the following regional directors, namely:

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
