SUBMISSION OF COPIES OF DECISION, WRITS OF EVICTION/DEMOLITION AND/OR ORDERS OF SIMILAR REPORT ISSUED IN CASES INVOLVING URBAN POOR TO THE HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT COORDINATING COUNCIL (HUDCC)

In view of the request of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) that their office be furnished with copies of decisions, writs of eviction/demolition and/or orders of similar report, you are hereby DIRECTED to furnish said office with the same thru the:

The Secretary General Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council 6 th Floor, Atrium Bldg., Makati Ave., City of Makati

This is in supplement to the directive in OCA Circular No. 72-2003 dated 16 June 2003 wherein you were directed to furnish the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor, copies of decisions issued in cases involving urban poor.
