TO: THE CONCERNED OUTGOING NATIONAL OEFICERS AND REGIONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC.

SUBJECT : ASSESSMENT AND NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 16 TO 18 JUNE 2017 IN MANILA

The Outgoing National Officers and Regional Board of Directors of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), INC. will hold their Assessment and Last National Board Meeting on 16 to 18 June 2017 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in Manila.

In connection therewith, the following outgoing COSTRAPHIL national officers and regional board of'directors are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on 16 June 2017 on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:
