DIRECTING REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES (RTC) IN CEBU CITY, MANDAUE CITY AND LAPU-LAPU CITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ORIENTATION SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE FAMILY CODE AND THE CODE OF MUSLIM PERSONAL LAWS

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct the Orientation Seminar-Workshop on Comparative Analysis Between the Family Code and the Code of Muslim Personal Laws on July x6 to 18, 2.007 at the Montebello Villa Hotel, Banilad, Cebu City.

The following RTC judges are required to attend and participate in the Seminar:

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents. . .

The participating judges should see lo it that their respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
