For the information and guidance of all the executive judges and the designated election court 'judges, attached herein is the copy of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10050 dated February 3, 2016, entitled Guidelines on the Constitution, Composition and Appointment of the Board of Canvassers, and Other Matters Related Thereto, in Connection with the May 09, 2016 National and Local Elections (NLE).
