SUBJECT

GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON OCTOBER 26 AND 27 IN DAVAO CITY

The IBP-Davao City Chapter and the U.P. Institute of Judicial Administration, will conduct a two-day General Law Practice Institute to be held on October 26 and 27, 1999 at the Cap Auditorium along F. Iñigo St, Davao City.

Judges, clerks of courts and legal researchers who are interested are hereby authorized to attend the institute on OFFICIAL TIME . Judges should see to it that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
