CL-2022-___ To : All Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Supervised Financial Institutions Subject : Disqualification from Registration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) of Money Service Businesses (MSBs) Operating Without Prior BSP Registration The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 305 dated 03 March 2022, disqualified the two (2) entities listed below and any sole proprietorship owned and/or controlled by their respective owners/operators from registering with, and/or obtaining a license from, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), to engage in any activity supervised by the BSP, for engaging in the Money Service Business (MSB) without prior BSP registration.
