AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT, AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF THE FOURTH JUDICIAL REGION IN THE 6th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 4)

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level trial courts of the Fourth Judicial Region are enjoined to attend and participate in the 6"1 Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held from 27 to 29 July 2005 at the Manila Pavilion Hotel, United Nations Avenue, corner Maria Orosa Street, Taft Avenue, Manila.

Sessions for Judges shall be from 27 to 29 July 2005. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar shall attend the sessions from 27 to 28 July 2005, while those who are not members of the Bar shall attend the sessions of 27 July 2005 only.

The participating Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Seminar.

Attendance in this seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site shall be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
