REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1023 - AN ACT TO NAME THE PUBLIC PLAZA OF THE DISTRICT OF MANDURRIAO, CITY OF ILOILO, SERAPION C. TORRE PARK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The public plaza of the district of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, shall hereafter be known as Serapion C. Torre Park.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
