ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION I

SUBJECT:

ONE-DAY LIVE-IN SEMINAR TO BE HELD ON MAY 10, 1996, AT THE ACAPULCO BEACH RESORT, SAN FERNANDO, LA UNION

The judges of the Regional Trial Courts of Region 1 will hold a one-day live-in seminar to be held on May 10, 1996 , at the Acapulco Beach Resort, San Fernando, La Union.

Attendance at the seminar, including travel to San Fernando, La Union on May 9 (Thursday), will be considered as on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on- the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the conference.
