TO : THE JUDGES AND THE COURT PERSONNEL OF THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT OF QUEZON CITY

SUBJECT : CHRISTMAS PARTY ON DECEMBER 13, 2012 AT THE QUEZON CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The judges and the court personnel of the Metropolitan Trial Court of Quezon City will hold a Christmas Party on December 13, 2012 (Thursday) from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the Quezon City Hall of Justice.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the Christmas Party on OFFICIAL TIME. The Executive Judge/Presiding Judges shall see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained in all branches/offices to ensure that there will be no disruption of official business or transactions of the court on the said date.

Hon. Nadine Jessica Corazon Fama, Executive Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court of Quezon City, shall submit a report and a complete list of all the judges and the court personnel who attended the event to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
