TO: THE OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT: BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON 28 JULY 2017 IN CAVITE

The officers of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their bi-monthly meeting on 28 July 2017 at Judge Jimmy Santiago's Farm, Kaytitinga-Amuyong Road, Alfonso, Cavite.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Racquelen Abary-Vasquez, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
