AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED LAWYERS AND COURT PERSONNEL IN THE OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR AT A HANDS-ON INVESTIGATIVE TECHNIQUE TRAINING

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative will conduct a Hands-On Investigative Technique Training from January 12 to 14, 2010 at Summit Ridge, Tagaytay City.

Attendance in the January 12 to 14, 2010 training seminar as well as its travelling time on January 11, 2010 shall be on official business. A bus shall be provided by the American Bar Association to transport the participants to the training site. Participants to the seminar may proceed directly to the training site on January 11, 2010. The bus shall likewise fetch the participants from the training site to the Supreme Court in the early afternoon of January 14, 2010.
