Be it enacted by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority in Parliament assembled:

2025." SECTION 1. Title. -- This Act shall be known as the "Bangsamoro Parliamentary Districts Act of

Creation of Parliamentary Districts. - For purposes of the election of district representatives in the Bangsamoro Parliament, the provinces, cities, municipalities, and other geographica areas in the BARMM are hereby apportioned to create thirty-two (32) single-member parliamentary districts as follows:

SEC. 5. Separability Clause. -- If any part of this Act is deemed unconstitutional, other sections or provisions which are not affected by such declaration, shall continue to be in full force and effect.
