TO : THE CONCERNED OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), NEGROS OCCIDENTAL CHAPTER, AND THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS (PHILACI), NEGROS OCCIDENTAL CHAPTER
SUBJECT : ONE-DAY SEMINAR ON 18 NOVEMBER 2016 IN BACOLOD CITY
The Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Negros Occidental Chapter, and the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI), Negros Occidental Chapter, will hold a one- day Seminar, entitled "Enhancement of English Proficiency" and "Public Service Values Program and Retirement Planning" on 18 November 2016 in Bacolod City.
All concerned are authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.
Ms. Rosemarie C. Panelo, Vice-President for Visayas-COSTRAPHIL and Ms. Nenita A. Ellorimo, President, PHILACI, Negros Occidental Chapter, shall submit a report regarding the seminar with the complete list of all court personnel who attended the activity to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
