TO : ALL JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

SUBJECT : AREA CONFERENCE ON 19 FEBRUARY 2016 AT THE YNARES HALL, 3rd FLOOR PROVINCIAL CAPITOL OF RIZAL

The Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Rizal, in coordination with the City Prosecutor's Office of Antipolo, and sponsored by the Provincial Government of Rizal, will conduct an Area Conference with the theme: "Synchronizing and Coordinating Efforts in the Fight Against Illegal Drugs" to be held on 19 February 2016, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., at the Ynares Hall, 3 rd Floor Provincial Capitol of Rizal.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the conference on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judges who will be attending the conference shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
