For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 9 July 2013 in Administrative Case No. 6490 , entitled "Lilia Tabang and Concepcion Tabang v. Atty. Glenn C. Gacott," to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent ATTY. GLENN C. GACOTT, having clearly violated the Canons of Professional Responsibility through his unlawful, dishonest, and deceitful conduct, is DISBARRED and his name ordered STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys.

In a Resolution dated 21 January 2014, the Court further DENIED with FINALITY the respondent's motion for reconsideration.
