For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Bane dated 29 June 2010, in Administrative Case No. 8392, entitled "Rosario T. Mecaral vs. Atty. Danilo S. Velsquez", to wit:
"WHEREFORE, respondent, Atty. Danilo S. Velasquez, is DISBARRED, and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys. This Decision is immediately executory and ordered to be part of the records of respondent in the Office of the Bar Confidant, Supreme Court of the Philippines." In the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 17 August 2010, the Court Resolved to CONSIDER as SERVED the Notice of Judgment dated 1 July 2010 addressed to respondent Atty. Danilo S. Velasquez, Sabenorio St., Naval, 6543 Biliran, which Notice of Judgment was returned unserved with notation on the letter-envelope 'RTC. Party Moved'.
