SUBJECT: CAPABILITY-BUILDING WORKSHOP ON JUDICIAL TITLING ON 25 AND 26 FEBRUARY 2002 AT THE HOLIDAY INN MANILA

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Land Administration and Management Project (DENR-LAMP) will hold a two-day Workshop on Capability-Building on Judicial Titling on 25 and 26 February 2002 at the Holiday Inn Manila.

The following Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing:

1. Hon. Leonilo B. Apita -RTC, Tacloban City

2. Hon. Lourdes Blanco -RTC, Carigara, Leyte

3. Hon. Pepe Doma-el -RTC, Burauen, Leyte

4. Hon. Raymundo Lopez -MTC, Palo, Leyte

5. Hon. Norberto Hubayan -MTC, Alang-alang, Leyte

6. Hon. Cristina Huñamayor -MTC, Sta. Fe, Leyte

7. Hon. Eleanor Caña -MCTC, Julita-Tabontabon, Leyte

8. Hon. Rodolfo Ramos -MCTC, San Miguel-Tunga, Leyte

and the Clerks of Court of the MTCs of Alang-alang, Dagami, Palo, Pastrana and Sta.Fe and MCTC of San Miguel-Tunga, all in the Province of Leyte.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this, (10) days from the date of the workshop.
