SUBJECT:

26 TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PAGADIAN CITY CHAPTER

The celebration of the 26 th Anniversary of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian City Chapter has been moved from July 9 and 10, 2009 to September 25 and 26, 2009 to be held at the Halls of Justice, Pagadian City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Vicente Lumbatan, Jr., Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian City Chapter President shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the date of the activity. This Circular amends OCA Circular 65-2009 dated June 1, 2009.
