DIRECTING THE PARTICIPATION OF EMPLOYEES THE OFFICE OF DEPUTY COURT ADMINISTRATOR THELMA C. BAHIA TO ATTEND THE TEAM ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING WORKSHOP

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services will conduct a Team Assessment and Planning Workshop at the at the Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center - Tanay Rizal on March 31, April 1 and 2, 2016.

The Team Assessment and Planning Workshop aims to:

enhance team productivity

assess and realize the success indicators of the previous plans

identify the office's short term, medium term and long term goals

identify the dynamics that contribute to team effectiveness

discuss the expectations of each member as team members of the organization

define the importance of the role of the members in the office

identify and discuss the factor of change and how to deal with it
