SUBJECT

DIALOGUE WITH THE CHIEF JUSTICE AND THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR ON 26 FEBRUARY, 1999, 8:00 A.M. AT THE AUDIO VISUAL ROOM, LIPA CITY HALL, LIPA CITY

The Chief Justice HILARIO G. DAVIDE, JR. and the Court Administrator ALFREDO L. BENIPAYO will have a DIALOGUE with the Regional Trial Court Judges of Region 4 and all First Level Judges of Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Quezon, at 8:00 o'clock in the morning of February 26, 1999 at the Audio Visual Room, Lipa City Hall, Lipa City.

In this connection, the RTC Judges of Region 4 and all Judges of First Level Courts of Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Quezon are hereby enjoined to attend the dialogue. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME. Participants may avail themselves of financial assistance that the local government may offer.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the seminar.
