SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION, SEMINAR AND NATIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 17 TO 19 NOVEMBER 2011 AT THE NEGROS ORIENTAL CONVENTION CENTER, DUMAGUETE CITY

The Officers and Members of the Philippine Trial Judges League (PTJL) will hold its Annual Convention, Seminar and National Election, of Officers from 17 to 19 November 2011 at the Negros Oriental Convention Center, Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention, seminar and national election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time. Judge Josefina E. Siscar, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the convention/seminar/election of officers within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
