ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

T O : ALL THE JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS.

SUBJECT :

ATTENDANCE OF ALL REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND SHARI'A DISTRICT COURT JUDGES AT THE NATIONAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR IN QUEZON CITY ON JULY 27-29, 1989, ON OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHARGEABLE TO LOCAL FUNDS.

The PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA) has sponsored a National Convention-Seminar for all judges of the Regional Trial Courts and Shari'a District Courts on July 27-29, 1989 in Quezon City.

Primarily, the thrust of this convention-seminar is to familiarize the judges with the continuous trial scheme laid out in Administrative Circular No. 4, and, secondly, to discuss important Association matters.

All the Regional Trial Court and Shari'a District Court Judges are hereby urged to attend this convention-seminar. Attendance (travel time included) will be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against local funds.
