(amending Circular No. 3-93) RE Designation of Resource Persons/Lecturers for Judicial Program

The Institute of Judicial Administration is authorized to invite and designate as resource persons/lecturers in the judicial program any member of the Judiciary including members of the Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals, who shall participate in such seminars on official time, and authorized to receive such honorarium as may be provided for by the Institute, upon prior consultation with the Program Director.
