For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 8 January 2019 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10681, entitled "Henry A. Concepcion, et al. vs. Atty. Elmer A. Dela Rosa," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law imposed against Atty. Elmer A. Dela Rosa and ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law.
