TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT SOCIAL WORKERS, INC. (PACSWI)

SUBJECT : CRYSTAL (15th) ANNIVERSARY ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2012 AT THE ARISTOCRAT RESTAURANT, ROXAS BOULEVARD, MANILA

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will celebrate its Crystal (15 th) Anniversary on September 27, 2012 at the Aristocrat Restaurant, Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The event will be highlighted by a dialogue on the Procedural Rules on Republic Act No. 9523, otherwise known as "An Act: Requiring A Certification From The Department Of Social Welfare And Development (DSWD) To Declare A 'Child Legally Available For Adoption' As A Prerequisite For Adoption Proceedings, Amending For This Purpose Certain Provisions Of Republic Act No. 8552, Otherwise Known As Domestic Adoption Act of 1998, Republic Act No. 8043, Otherwise Known As Inter-Country Adoption Act Of 1995, And Presidential Decree' No. 603, Otherwise Known As The Child And Youth Welfare Code, And For Other Purposes". All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Preciousa C. Macapuso, National President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of all the court personnel who attended the event) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
