TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE (TACLOBAN CITY AND ORMOC CITY)

SUBJECT: BENCH AND BAR DIALOGUE ON 17 AUGUST 2018 AT THE PATIO VICTORIA BALUARTE, SAN JOSE, TACLOBAN CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Leyte Chapter will hold a Bench and Bar Dialogue on 17 August 2018 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Patio Victoria Baluarte, San Jose, Tacloban City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificated of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
