INDEFINITE SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. CHARLIE DORION AND DISBARMENT OF ATTY. HECTOR B. CENTENO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 28 July 2008, in Administrative Case No. 5033, entitled "Mary Jane Doroin Velasco vs. Atty. Charlie Doroin and Hector B. Centeno", to wit:

"IN VIEW WHEREOF, Atty. Charlie Doroin is SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY, and Atty. Hector Centeno is hereby DISBARRED ."

The respondents' Motions for Reconsideration of the Per Curiam decision dated 28 July 2008 which suspended Atty. Doroin and Disbarred Atty. Centeno from the practice of law were DENIED, considering that the motions for extension of time to file motion for reconsideration filed by respondents were already denied in the resolution dated 16 and 23 September 2008, respectively pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 7 October 2008.
