TO: ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT: EXECUTIVE MEETING ON 7-9 FEBRUARY 2002 AT THE RTC, BR. 5, LEGASPI CITY

The National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will have their Executive Meeting on 7-9 February 2002 at the Regional Trial Court, Br. 5, Legaspi City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges / Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said meeting.
