ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT: 1 ST NATIONAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND RATIFICATION OF ITS NEW CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS ON DECEMBER 3 TO 5, 2008 AT THE CUNETA ASTRODOME, PASAY CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 1 st National General Assembly and Ratification of its new Constitution and By-Laws on December 3 to 5, 2008 at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City .

Ail concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly.
