TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERK OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (RTC-COCAP)

SUBJECT : OATH TAKING AND FIRST BOARD MEETING ON 4 DECEMBER 2015 AT THE DIGNITARIES LOUNGE, SUPREME COURT, MANILA

The national officers and the board of trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerk of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC-COCAP) will hold their oath taking and first board meeting on 4 December 2015 at the Dignitaries Lounge, Supreme Court, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permissi'on from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Phillip Charles G. Santos, President of the Association, shall submit a report (including the complete list of officers who attended the same) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
