For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 16 August 2005, in Administrative Case No. 5499 entitled, "Wilson P. Cham vs. Atty. Edilberto D. Pizarro" ordering the suspension of respondent Atty. Edilberto D. Pizarro from the practice of law for one(1) year.

The decision was received by the respondent on 4 October 2005. The Motion for Reconsideration was denied with finality in the resolution dated 30 January 2006.
