AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT TO THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COURT-ANNEXED ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct a National Conference on Court-Annexed/Referred Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms to be held on November 27 and 28, 2006 at the Century Park Sheraton, Pablo Ocampo Street (formerly Vito Cruz), Manila.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned National Conference on November 27 and 28, 2006:
