Statement of Outstanding Account Balances of Deposits/Placements of their Depositors/Clients
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1999
TO : All Banks, Non-Banks with Quasi-Banking Functions
As one of the measures to ensure continued public confidence in the financial system, all Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries with Quasi-Banking Functions are hereby directed to provide statement of outstanding account balances of deposits/placements of their depositors/clients as of November 30, 1999 or December 15, 1999 for immediate release prior to January 1, 2000.
All Banks and Non-Banks Financial Intermediaries with Quasi-Banking Functions are also advised to generate (before January 1, 2000) hard copies of all reports pertaining to the balance of deposits/placements of depositors/clients as of the last banking day of December 1999 and make them available to clients upon request.
