TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF REPORT ON ANY LAWSUITS FILED OR PENDING AGAINST THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC BEFORE ANY COURT IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Pursuant to the Note Verbale from the Embassy of the Argentine Republic dated May 2, 2013 inquiring if there are any lawsuits filed or pending against the Argentine Republic before any court in the Philippines, you are hereby directed to submit a report to the Office of the Court Administrator, through the Court Management Office within thirty (30) days of receipt hereof, of any such pending suit before your respective jurisdictions.
