ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL) IN REGION 4

SUBJECT: REGIONAL ASSEMBLY ON FEBRUARY 12, 2004 AT LIPA CITY

In preparation for the forthcoming 4 & National Convention and Seminar of the Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL), all officers and members in Region 4 will hold a Regional Assembly on 12 February 2004 at Lipa City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said assembly.
