TO: ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AND THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

SUBJECT: MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) SEMINAR ON 18 JANUARY 2002 AT THE GRAND CAPRICE, LIMKETKAI CENTER, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Misamis Oriental Chapter will sponsor a one-day seminar as part of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on 18 January 2002 at the Grand Caprice, Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
