SUBJECT:

MCLE SEMINAR ON FEBRUARY 1 TO 4, 2011 AT . THE IVORY HOTEL, TUGUEGARAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cagayan Chapter will host a MCLE Seminar on February 1 to 4, 2011 at the Ivory Hotel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

In connection therewith, all judges in the province of Cagayan and the following Clerks of Court are hereby authorized to attend the said seminar, to wit:

Atty. Remelyn D. Tagao

RTC, Br. 1, Tuguegarao City

Atty. Edelweiss Feliza G. Gardon

RTC, Br. 3, Tuguegarao City

Atty. Aura Clarissa T. Querubin

RTC, Br. 4, Tuguegarao City

Atty. Sheila G. Labugen

RTC, Br. 5, Tuguegarao City

The attendance of all Judges in the Province of Cagayan and the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Orlando D. Beitran, President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cagayan Chapter shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the seminar within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
