For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder are portions of March 2010, in Administrativethe Decision of the Court En Bane dated 15 Case No. 4973, entitled "Spouses Manuel C. Rafols, Jr. and Lolita B. Rafols vs. Atty. Ricardo G. Barrrios, Jr.", to wit:

"Ruling of the Court

We approve and adopt the report and recommendations of the OBC, which we find to be fully and competently supported by the evidence adduced by the complainants and their witnesses, but we impose the supreme penalty of disbarment, which we believe is the proper penalty.

"WHEREFORE, Atty. Ricardo G.Barrios, Jr. is disbarred.

xxx"

In the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 29 June 2010, the Court Resolved to DENY WITH FINALITY the motion for reconsideration dated 7 May 2010 filed by counsel for respondent, as the basic issues raised therein.
