JUDGES AND COURT EMPLOYEES IN SAN CARLOS CITY, DAGUPAN CITY AND LINGAYEN, ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

SUBJECT:

FUN SHOOT ON JUNE 3, 2011 FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK TO 5:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON AT THE FIRING RANGE OF POLICE PROVINCIAL OFFICE, LINGAYEN PANGASINAN

The Judges and Court Employees in San Carlos City, Dagupan City and Lingayen, all in the Province of Pangasinan, will hold a "Fun Shoot" on June 3, 2011 from 1:00 o'clock to 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon at the Firing Range of Police Provincial Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

Participants in the said fun shoot are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME . However, the Executive Judges/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that a skeletal force shall be maintained so as not to disrupt the business of the courts.

Judge Renato D. Pinlac, shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the attendance of judges and court personnel in the fun shoot within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
