ATTENDANCE AT THE COLLOQUIUM ON THE "ENFORCEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE WTO AGREEMENT ON TRADE-RELATED ASPECTS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (TRIPS)"

The Intellectual Property Office of the Department of Trade and Industry in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will hold a Colloquium on the "Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the Context of the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS)" from 27 to 29 October 1999 at the Manila Diamond Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

The following Regional Trial Court Judges shall attend the Colloquium at the Manila Diamond Hotel:

The travel expenses of the judges stationed outside the National Capital Judicial Region and the accommodations of all the judges named herein at the Manila Diamond Hotel (from 26 to 29 October 1999) shall be shouldered by the IPO and the WIPO. Attendance in the Colloquium shall be on official time. Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
