REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO.&7-20/

SUBJECT Standardization of Reports Generated by Revenue Data Center

TO All Internal Revenue Officials,Employees and Others Concerned

This Order is being issued to standardize the reports generated by the Revenue Data Centers (RDCs by eliminating duplication of reports and unnecessary information and identifying the frequency and regularity of these reports to improve monitoring, reporting and evaluation processes.

This undertaking aims to promote more reliable and cost-efficient communication facilities and services.

The list of reports identified in Annex Ashall be generated from the Integrated Tax System ITS using the prescribed formats/dates and distributed to the concerned BIR Offices accordingly.Any deviation from the standardized reports shall require prior approval from the concerned Process Owner thru the RDC Head who has jurisdiction over the requesting Office.

All reports generated shall be distributed electronically by the RDCs via approved media to the concerned BIR Offices, subject to validation by the concerned RDOs. In case there are new reports prescribed by subsequent revenue issuances or unnumbered memoranda, the RDCs shall generate the reports without any need to amend this Order.

All other revenue issuances and/or portions inconsistent herewith are hereby amended. modified or revoked accordingly.

This Order takes effect immediately
