Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (DE) 96-00159 dated February 27, 1996, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Sumitomo Corporation, Japan in Digital Telecommunications Phils. Inc. (DIGITEL), has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
