The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 784 dated 13 Ju!y 2007, approved the voluntary dissolution and cancellation of the Certificate of Authority to operate as a non-stock savings and loan association (NSSLA) of KODAK EMPLOYEES SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATfON INC. in accordance with Section 4625S of the implementing Rules and Regulations for R.A. 8367.
