An actual test shall be conducted on the electronic gaming/betting/bingo terminals/machines in order to ensure that actual terminal/machine settings will reflect the approved parameter settings and electronic gaming/betting/bingo transactions are captured by the Electronic Gaming/Betting/Bingo System. Actual test shall be conducted based on a test script which shall be prepared by the Operator. The results of the actual test should be favorable prior to commercial operation of the electronic terminals.

Surveillance camera that shall be installed by the Operator to effectively monitor the abovementioned electronic gaming/betting/bingo terminals/machines is compliant with Article XII of the Regulatory Framework for Gaming Venue Operations. 3. The installation of the electronic gaming/betting/bingo terminals/machines is compliant with the minimum number of terminals/machines in a gaming venue are the following:  Electronic Casino games –at least twenty-five (25) terminals  eBingo games – at least forty(40) terminals  Sports betting – at least one (1) betting terminal and  Specialty Games - at least one (1) betting terminal  Numeric Games - at least one (1) betting terminal  Online Poker Games - at least one (1) terminal 4.
